Return & Refunds

We hope you will love everything in your order. However, if something is not quite right, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or requests made beyond the 10-day return period.

To make an exchange or return:
  1. You may visit our store at Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi, where we can process your exchange or refund.
  2. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange a courier collection. Please note that a collection fee of AED 30.00 will apply.
  3. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or website payment). Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
  4. If you have requested an exchange, a redelivery fee of AED 30.00 will apply.
Please note
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return will not be accepted if the item is unfit for sale (damaged, used or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging. If the return does not meet the criteria set forth herein and is rejected, we will send the product(s) back to you.
  • An exchange is only possible for an item of a similar or higher value.
  • We cannot offer refunds for Cash on Delivery orders.
  • The original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on sale items
  • We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on international orders at the moment.
