We hope you will love everything that your order from us but if something isn’t quite right you have 10 days upon receipt of the product to for an exchange or a refund. We will not be able to provide a refund or exchange for items that are used or beyond the 10 days return period.
To make an exchange or return
- Visit our store in Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi where we can process an exchange or a refund.
- OR, you can call us and we will arrange for a courier collection free or charge.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and if you return is accepted, we will send you an email and initiate a refund to your credit card/debit card/original method of payment of payment made via the website. It can take up to 14 days to process the refund.
- If you have asked for an exchange, please note that while we offer a free collection, you will have to pay for the redelivery which will amount to 25.00 AED.
Please note
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return will not be accepted if the item is unfit for sale (damaged, used or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging. If the return does not meet the criteria set forth herein and is rejected, we will send the product(s) back to you.
- An exchange is only possible for an item of a similar or higher value.
- We cannot offer refunds for Cash on Delivery orders.
- The original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on sale items
- We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on international orders at the moment.
