At the moment we only ship to the UAE and a few countries within the GCC. We deliver to most cities and towns across these countries. However, there may be certain remote areas where our service provider will not be able to deliver to. Please contact us and we will help you the bet we can.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Summary of your purchase, scheduled date of delivery, and the tracking number of your shipment will be provided to you in a confirmation email once we have dispatched your order. If you do not receive an email within 3 days of purchase please contact us.
Delivery Charges and Times (Standard Delivery)
International orders may incur import duties and taxes from local customs agencies, and these may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery. We have no control over these agencies or the fees and taxes they charge. These agencies may also delay orders. Please contact your local authorities for further information.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery, for any reason you refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to The Cotton Basket and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes and additional shipping costs.
